Next Generation Football Club (NextGen FC) uses school gymnasiums for our indoor soccer development programs. To ensure we can continue offering fun and educational soccer programs to our participants, please adhere to the following rules for using these facilities:
Respect School Property and Staff: Always treat the school and its representatives with respect. Please abide by any requests they make. If you have a concern with a request, do not argue; instead, make a note of it and forward it to info@nextgenfc.ca.
Parking Regulations: Follow all displayed school parking restrictions.
School Access: If the school isn’t open at the scheduled time, please do not call the school. Instead, inform your session coach.
Punctuality: Arrive on time. Programs have assigned start and end times and cannot begin early or finish late.
Restricted Access: Do not wander through the school. Only use the gymnasium and washrooms.
Supervision of Young Children: Young children not involved in a program but attending with parents must sit with their parents at all times.
Washroom Supervision: Children under the age of ten needing to use the washroom facilities must be accompanied by a parent.
Appropriate Footwear: Only dry, clean footwear intended for gymnasium use, with non-scuffing soles, is allowed in the gym.
Outside Footwear: All outside footwear must be removed and placed neatly outside the gym before entering.
Food and Drink: No food or drink is allowed in the gym, except for water in a plastic bottle.
School Equipment: No school equipment can be used except for designated chairs or benches. If you move chairs or benches, please return them to their original position when you leave.
Cleanliness Upon Departure: When leaving the gym, take all your belongings, and any garbage must be taken and placed in trash receptacles outside the gym.
Timely Departure: Leave on time.
Failure to abide by these rules will result in the immediate loss of coaching assignments or cancellation of player registration, with no refund of fees.
